Mach Five Labs is the exclusive U.S. partner for VAD Design programs, overseeing the entire domestic process from donor vehicle coordination and engineering review to installation, fitment, and final delivery.

Every vehicle is built as a complete commissioned package, assembled and validated within our facility to ensure consistent fit, finish, and overall execution.

The Cayman platform responds exceptionally well to the RSR treatment — wider arches, fully revised front fascia, and a rear diffuser and wing combination that transforms the mid-engine chassis into something visually cohesive with the GT3 racing Caymans from the GT4 era. The RSR Evo extends the programme with revised aero elements.

The GT3RR BMW Z4 is one of the most recognizable builds in the VAD portfolio — built to replicate the race-spec GT3 Z4 that competed in the Blancpain GT series. Full carbon-fiber wide body with aggressive front splitter, race-bred rear wing, and side sill extensions that transform the E89 chassis into a proper-looking GT3 car.

Your vehicle is received at the VAD America HQ for complete disassembly, chassis preparation, and integration of the VAD Design composite body system. Every mounting surface, panel interface, and structural attachment point is professionally prepared and validated throughout the installation process. The completed vehicle is delivered as a fully assembled, road-ready machine fitted with authentic motorsports composite bodywork engineered from professional motorsport design principles.

  • Removal of original exterior panels as required

Happens

Every VAD America build follows the same structured path from first contact to final delivery.

Initial Inquiry & Intake
First contact with VAD America. Platform selection, program scope discussion, and initial feasibility assessment.

Program Specification
Detailed scope definition. Kit selection coordinated with VAD Design UK. Donor vehicle sourced or client-supplied. Build spec documented and agreed before deposit.

Kit Procurement & Import
Composite body systems hand-built by VAD Design in Shropshire, England. Shipped to VAD America.
04
Vehicle Preparation
Donor vehicle received. Disassembly to the required level. Chassis inspection and preparation. Mounting interface engineering where OEM hardware requires modification.
05
Installation & Integration
Composite body systems installed by master fabricators. Drivetrain, suspension, and system integrations executed for Tier 2 programs.
06
Finishing & Delivery
Paint, clear coat, or client-specified finish applied. Final inspection against build documentation. Post-delivery support available.
